35 Years Old And Frequent Periods More Frequent Periods, Emotional Changes In 35 Year Old = Perimenopause?

More frequent periods, emotional changes in 35 year old = perimenopause? - 35 years old and frequent periods

I am 35 years old. In my youth, during my 20 years and in my 30 years I have my period every 34-38 days, approx. I know it is much more than "average", but it was normal for me, because I was very consistent. (I use no birth control pill).

But in the last year or so, I realized now I make my period Allee 30-34 days. There are others, a little more, but overall I noticed a "reduction" in my cycle. Sounds more like a change that takes place, "just because" or a change of sign of perimenopause? Do not worry, if something bothers you, or start an extreme case, of course, I see my gynecologist.

Also, I am clearly in the past year saw my ADHD, andNess, anxiety and insomnia (I've always had a low level of deterioration). My psychiatrist says even some depression, so that you now! I heard that all this can be a symptom of hormonal changes during perimenopause.

Your opinion? Thank you! :)

It could be a sign, yes.

Any change in the term, emotional changes, memory loss is usually a sign of perimenopause.

A midwife who consult to you on a blood test to check your hormone budget.

I do not think that this is necessarily a type of menopause, but I am of gynecology and obstetrics.
Do you already have children? It is very likely that your cycle has just changed
