Is safflower oil not used for cooking toxic? - is safflower oil toxic
It has been suggested recently that bad. I used it as a liquid ingredient as a source of omega-6 in the last 5 years. My wife told me that his mother was a report on whether it was really bad. Should we stop using it or is it ok?
